Question: I’m sending out hundreds of resumes and cover letters. Why aren’t companies calling me back?

I can understand your frustration over not getting a response to your and submission. There are a few reasons why companies may not be calling you back:
1. You have not done a good enough job of conveying why they should hire you.
2. You do not have the qualifications or experience that they seek.
3. They don’t feel like you’re a good fit for them—company culture is very important.
If you know that you have the qualifications, experience, and attitude that a company is looking for but still haven’t heard back, it might be time to revamp your cover letter and resume.
