If you are looking for a job, then you are going to need to start working on your resume and come up with a cover letter so that you can present yourself to the company you are interested in.
Many people assume that their resume is the most important element of their job search.
This is not true.
Your cover letter is the most important ingredient because without a good introduction, the hiring manager will never even read the rest of your materials.

My name is Sam Jones and for over 20 years I have hired hundreds of employees and read thousands of cover letters and resumes and can safely tell you that 95% of job applicants submit their cover letter and resume in the wrong way.
Today…
I want to offer you an opportunity to learn a simple method to submitting your cover letter in a way that will grab the hiring manager’s attention and help you stand out from all other applicants.

When you sit down to write your introduction, make sure you really focus on what is most important about what you want to convey to the manager and what they are most interested in.
You must keep in mind that the people in charge of reviewing all of these resumes are receiving hundreds per day. This means that you only have a few seconds to grab their attention.
So before you begin writing, make sure you take some time to review their job description and get to the heart of what it is they are really looking for. Then when it comes time to write your letter, you can craft it in a way that best conveys your skills to meet their desired requirements.
I’ll show you how to do this with our examples, samples, templates. Once you learn how to do this the right way you will be that much closer to hearing that two magic words:

With that said, here is what you should not say….
I really want this job.
I would be perfect for this job.
I am a hard worker.
I am detail oriented.
Most people say that so you are not saying anything that is unique or different.
Have you ever been frustrated from sending out your cover letter and resume and never hearing back from a company? All of that time you spent formatting it and writing something you “think” was compelling was wasted?
How many have you sent out that never got one response? Fifty? One hundred?
If you are tired of wasting your time from sending out your cover letter and resume that only end up in the “black hole” to never get a response, then you have come to the right place.
On this page you are going to learn everything you need to know to write the perfect letter (with examples and samples) that will have companies begging you to interview with them.
I am going to teach you an exact method on what to put on your letter that will double or triple the amount of responses you receive and have companies begging you to interview with them. You will not learn this technique anywhere else.
What Is A Resume Cover Letter?
Your submission is the most important piece of marketing material because it will determine whether or not the person reading it will want to take the time to learn more about you through your resume. If you do not create a first good impression, then the hiring manager will throw away your resume and you will never get a chance at your interview.
One of the most common mistakes applicants make when they send out their letter is that they put things like:
“I am a hard worker”
“I really like your company”
“I know I would be a great fit for your company”
Why is this useless? Because every applicant puts that on their cover letter. If every applicant says the exact same thing, what is going to make you stand out?
I can teach you a simple word-for-word script that will give you the unfair advantage against all of the other applicants who are applying for the same job you are. To get access to our templates that provide you an example and sample, click here.
The Cover Letter Format
It is important to note that your cover letter format should be different from your email because on your cover letter, your contact information will go at the top whereas in your email it will go at the bottom underneath your signature. Here is how your letter can be formatted:
Date
Your Name
Your Address
Salutation
Body of the message
Your Signature
Your Biggest Challenge
The hardest part about writing your letter is not what most think. A lot of people assume that the biggest challenge is coming up with what to write. And while this can be challenging, it is not the most difficult part.
The real hard part is taking your entire story and work history and summarizing it into a concise paragraph or two at the most.
Most people when writing their letter tend to ramble and talk about themselves endlessly. They think they need to say a lot to try and win over the person reading it. This couldn’t be further from the truth. What you really need to do is come up with your elevator pitch that grabs their attention immediately.
Want to learn a word-for-word script that you can copy and paste and use on every cover letter you submit? Once you learn this technique you will quickly double or triple the amount of interviews you get. To get access to our templates that provide you an example and sample, click here.
Do Hiring Managers Read Cover Letters?
This is another reasonable concern for many job applicants because the last thing you want to do is waste your time writing something that never even gets read. I mean what is the point of writing something if the hiring manager is never going to read it?
Here is the truth…
Some will read it. Others won’t. Unfortunately, you don’t know who will and who won’t so you have to write a good cover letter. The trick is to spend the least amount writing one because you should not send the same letter ever!
Every submission you send out should be unique. You should never submit the same one to multiple companies because you need to speak directly to them. If they see that you are using a cookie cutter template, then they will immediately trash your submission.
This is why I have created a word-for-word script that you can use that will drastically change the responses you get from companies. All you have to do is tweak it a bit and then send it out. To get access to our templates that provide you an example and sample, click here
Do Not Make This Mistake
One of the biggest challenges job seekers have is staying organized with the amount of companies they are contacting. Of course it is your job to apply to as many companies as you can. However, you need to make sure you are not rushing because you could make a big careless mistake.
How so?
Because you are so overwhelmed with all of the work you are doing to research job opportunities and send out your cover letter and resume, you might submit one to the wrong company.
Yes. It happens.
I have actually seen submissions where the person addressed my competitor. That is a huge turn-off and I immediately hit the delete button on their submission.
So when you go out there and contact companies, take a deep breath, relax, stay calm and organized, and make sure you take care of these types of details or you could blow your opportunity! To get access to our templates that provide you an example and sample, click here.
