1. Educate Yourself

The best investment you could ever make is in yourself.

Stop depending on outside sources such as doctors and nutritionists to tell you what to do.

Learn how the body and nutrition works and take control of your life.

2. Take Care Of Your Digestion

All nutrients are extracted from your digestive system.

If your digestion is not working properly, then you will not be able to absorb nutrients.

Things like IBS, Chrohns, diarrhea, and simple stomach aches all stem from the fact that your digestive system is not working properly.

Eat clean foods and take a good probiotic.

3. Check Your pH Levels

Most dis-ease stems from the fact that our bodies are highly acidic.

Our bodies are supposed to be around a 7.35 and 7.45 pH level.

But when the body is more acidic and the pH level is lower than that, this allows for diseases like cancer to take over and wreak havoc.

Go to your doctor and ask them to test your pH levels.

If you are below 6.8 then you need to eat more alkaline foods (raw vegetables, lemon juice, etc.) so that you increase your pH level.

4. Control Your Emotions

Stress is the number one reason people get sick.

It literally depletes the body of healthy nutrients.

Things like anger, anxiety, fear, and other negative emotions “stress the body” which affects how your body is able to function.

The only way you can stop stress from effecting you is by being in control of your emotions.

5. Move Your Body

It’s your responsibility to find something that you enjoy that requires you to move your body and ideally break a sweat.

Sweating is key because this helps to release toxins from the body.

So if you keep your body-fat low, then its harder for toxins to hang around and cause problems later on.
