As cliche as this may sound….try yoga.

Some of you may be rolling your eyes but yoga has already proven to heal many peoples back.

Here is the trick…

You have to be willing to spend the time to research and find a teacher and style that works best for you.

Yoga is like finding a good restaurant: there are many styles and different approaches. Some are okay, some are good, a few are great, and there will be one or two you really love.

All too often people who say they don’t like it or that “It didn’t work” did not put the effort into trying to find the right place.

It’s like going to two or three restaurants in New York and then saying, “NYC doesn’t have any good food.”

No, there are tons of great places. You just need to spend the time and make the effort to find the one that works for you.

Yoga helps you sync (connect) your breath with how you move.

Most importantly, yoga can teach you how to get oxygen into tight areas in your body.

Any tightness in your body, such as your back, feels this way because it is not getting enough circulation.

Try it.
