Tips on staying focused
1. To do list
Each day you should have at least two or three main items you want to get done.
Do these things before you do anything else.
2. Own the morning
Your morning ritual is key if you want get more done throughout your day.
Make sure that the first hour of your day is spent doing things that energize you so that you can start the day off right.
Go for a walk.
Do some yoga or jumping jacks.
Get into your body and prep your mind.
3. Turn off devices
Don’t check your phone or social media (unless its your job)
These will keep you distracted and waste time.
Schedule ten to twenty minutes twice a day to have as “screen time”.
